Selling MTG Collection

I want to sell the entire collection listed there for 250$ USD. If I were to sell them all as singles, I could get over 400$, however that takes time and more shipping costs. I am asking a bit over buylist. This collection is most of my trade binder as well as my standard/modern decks. All funds go towards my new gaming computer

All the cards are either in a binder or sleeved. I'll probably move them all to the binder for ease of shipment.

Important notes:
Emrakul is the promo edition
Sorin Markov is foil, but has some damage (slight crease)
Elvish Piper is 10th ed.
The Garruk Wildspeakers are dual deck edition
All of the cards worth 3$ and up are near mint. A majority of the rest are near mint as well, however some may be in a played condition.
Besides the noted Sorin Markov, no cards are worse than moderately played.

I can ship to any US address, I will pay for tracking. Any shipments outside of the US will be payed for by the buyer.

I will not go first.
I am not responsible for damage during shipment, if that occurs. I have had issues with people damaging cards upon arrival so they can get the card "free", so I have to put that out there. The only time I will issue a refund is if I make a mistake and send you my cat instead of my cards.

 

Bump! I have a guy that will buy for 200$, so it will be sold on Tuesday unless someone is willing to beat that price.
