Briefly explain the trade: offering to sell Diablo 3 Keys

How they scammed: i've sent money through paypal, he refunded back , said his pc cant be turned on , then seller requested to send via western union , after sending money no keys were recieved

Banned for scamming and evasion, sorry for your loss. If you paid with your credit card through Western Union you my be able to get a refund by calling your credit card company and explaining what happened
