Confirmed, he needed 120m of supplies to do it.

So I told him I will give the supply money in increments which he didnt want to accept, this was a red flag to me, but since he completed quest cape service for me without any issues, I decided to leave 80m on the account, he stole the 80m.

Dont care about the money, I have plenty. Just hope he gets what he deserves and get banned.
