hes making a pardon saying disoxaril didnt actually get scammed...it was me and i did get scammed the proofs even in the report where he confirmed i give the gold and then he lied about sending the btc.. lol

i said on the report i was sending the btc to nomnom because i was merching the gold, buying from nomnom and selling to h3llz, thats what i ment when i said "i was going to be buying 07 off him for the btc after"

the trade went like -
-h3llz added me
-i traded him the 07
-i give him nomnoms btc address (because i was buying striaght from nomnom after for a cheaper rate)

he ended up scamming after that.

Who was the other user involved? You said nomnom, what's their full Sythe username?

nom nom was his profile, might be able to get old skype logs of me telling him i got scammed to my skype msgs with nomnom and h3llz are not delete/wiped for some reason

 

Proof of payment was never provided in the original report. Any chance you still have this?

I dont have the chat with him anymore its been wiped...

Maybe nomnom would be able to confirm i was telling him i got scammed at the time

anyways, i know i wouldnt get the money anyway if he was told to refund i was just bringing it up because he does owe someone if he didnt scam off white.

if nothing can be done without proof of actually being scammed then just forget it ;p

 

I've already contacted nom nom, and he has searched. Was the Skype you used to message nom nom the one that was used in the report? [email protected] ? If so, nom nom can't find anything regarding that.

but i wouldnt of reported just for someone to lie about sending a payment and it wouldnt of been worth a ban either
