Need a fire cape for my zerker

Stats that matter are below
70 Range, 45 Def, 48 Prayer, 72/1k exp off 73 HP.


I would prefer the service to be done by someone in the UK, or able to use a VPN to make it have a English IP, it actually does affect your account so don't bother if you cannot do the above

I'll go first to trusted members with 40+ vouches, don't bother asking otherwise unless you are willing to do the cape first.

I'll follow the most commonly used set ups, unless you have a specific set up.
