Need help with girl- PLEASE HELP

Hello, I'm 15 almost 16, Going into year 11 (last year of high school) and I'm here for some advice on a Girl situation.

Below there is a long wind background info on me but I will put a shorter version on me below that for the people who cba.

So here's some background information on me. In year 6(age 11) I was popular you can say in my school as I left I didn't speak to any of my friends again still haven't recently saw one of them at a party and got on well, anyway..

Year 7 went to High school with no boys from my school just a few girls, Luckily I was put into a tutor that had a popular girl the girl who is now my best friend who I like from another school and a girl from my old school they got on well and added each other on MSN got group conversations going with all her friends who were boys and I easily made friends with my bubbly personality you can say.

Year 8 I hung round with lets say the 'cool' group, and the whole school was put into tutors with 5year 7's,5year8's,5year9's,5year10's and 5year11's but we weren't cool outside of school only one of us were but I didn't so much like him then but he's now one of my best friends. We didn't speak to any girls much as they all hung round with the year above boys and girls we just played football, however towards the end of the year they started targeting me and calling me names and said they I tagged along with them I let it go, didn't speak to them over summer and just sat in on XBOX.

Year 9, I hated lunch still hung round with them, they stopped calling me a tag along, still didn't go out with them outside of school was just an xbox nerd really and just did my school work to my target level and left it, however I had a fight with one of my supposed friends and then the rest of them started targeting him and I sort of became accepted by them and gradually drifted from them and hung round with somebody who used to hang round with them but he had not liked how they were and he said just come out with me and he was cooler outside of school than me so I did, he said come out with me at summer and I agreed, I didn't, I wasted my summer again on XBOX and did nothing went out once with my supposed friends and a few girls and by this point I had started growing my hair longer.

Year 10, decided it was time for me to stop being a nerd, started hanging round with the person who said for me to and drifted from the people I deep down didn't like. It just so happened that his old friend's girl friend had dumped him and he came back to him and he joined us and it was us 3, the person who had joined us was good friends with the year above boys & girls and this would soon benefit us. It also just so happened that the girls our age had fell out with the girls and boys so they kept to themselves. Also the person who had joined us, his cousin was one of the girls and the girl who just so happens to be my best girl friend who was in my year 7 tutor. We started hanging round with around 10girls just me and my 2friends and soon all got close. New years eve came and me and another girl who were close happened and we lets just say did anything possible but penetration (this wasn't my close friend now) however I was a nob and told people and we grew apart but things were awkward anyway.. I liked a girl and she was a nob with me and this got me a my now best friend closer and she was sort of in the same position but with an older boy but only recently 1-2 months ago stopped speaking

where this is going is now I'm best friends with my best friends cousin and he knows this, we've never kissed or anything but me and my other friend thought she was going to try something at a party she was drunk at but she didn't but was hinting at it. she tells me everything and I tell her everything but she's weird with me sometimes she will text me and be all nice and want to go out etc.. but sometimes I text her and she's just not having it you know? when we're watching a tv series in here house she will lay on my chest with me holding the IPAD and she says she wants a boyfriend and says you should get a girl friend and one of her mates likes me but she laughs about it and I don't like her and says why does she like you, she doesn't know you like I do and when I was on holiday last week she was tweeting me saying when you back miss you and when I was yesterday she wanted to see me and was just being different with me not more advanced trying moves just not how she usually is.

what should I do?

What do I do, please help, I like her but don't want to ruin friendship and its big if I was to and also she made a tweet saying something along the lines of that one person you have a thing for but would never go there because you're too good friends, I then asked her what she meant and changed it and said just if I did for you and a few other people but it didn't make sense to me
