I've never really used it but is there anyway to send money
with my debit card without confirming my bank account or whatever.

I heard of signing up in a different country. Does that work?
If so what country. Thanks.

 

When you're signing up, you have the option to add a credit card. If you don't put your credit card on right there, I'm pretty sure you can only add a if you have a verified bank account.

It may have changed since I last signed up for paypal.

 

Actually you can add a credit card at any time you want.
And using fake info and shit will give you trouble later on.

 

make sure you use real info or you won't be able to add it.

Also it might not let you add it as a credit card if it's a debit card, you might just have to verify the account with your bank.
