• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I sold an account and was told it was recovered but the buyer also was able to change the password with the email so it was still registered to him as this was almost a year ago he said he was going to charge back and that was that he was trying to scam me so I thought it was best not to respond I realized that since its my account no matter what I have the responsibility as @Pendulum pointed out to me to just recover the account and give the buyer a refund which I am currently in the process of getting back and I would like to apologize for not handling the situation better and just issuing a refund and recover the account instead of letting it drag out.
