unfair infraction

ok i was simply helping a guy with a download problem. my friend had this problem before and i fixed, so i was helping this guy on sythe fix his download problem since it was the same.

so i told guy give me 5 minutes are so and i will post back how to fix it. so a couple minutes later i posted back how to fix the problem shown in the thread below and i get an infraction for it.

i didn't mean to "double post" are anything, and i didn't even know.

i was simply trying to post my reply as quickly as possible so i typed in the box and clicked post reply and there done.

i really think i shouldn't get an infraction for this
