Is USFINE legit?

I got offered 85$ from USFINE for this account:

Is it a good price, are they scammers or legit, has anybody had past experiences with them here? Should I sell it to them or should I sell it here?

 

Wrong Section, and I don't think so to be honest..

 

I had past experiences with them. Their prices are largely inflated, their customer service officers are mostly based in China and can speak limited English. And lastly, I bought an account from them for $180 and it got recovered three months later and locked. They ain't legit, from what I experienced.

 

Sorry for wrong section, but after seeing a few threads in here, I decided not to sell the account to them.
