    I_0hn0_I aka Powerlevelingbandit has other similar names such as the following:
    PowerLevelingAtItsBest
    Dark_Pker55
    Skiller_Bandit

    this person is a ban evader scammer and vouch stealer. the same guy that has been stealing m5city's layout for powerleveling and his vouches. until you guys IP ban him he will continue to make new names on the forums and scam everyone that he can.
