Not sure, Ive seen some people posting where the codes where from. So I figured to do it too, I would think they would work in the US but im not possitive, It would be worth googleing it or doing some kind of search on it to make sure before you buy it

US codes will only work for you if you put that you live in the US when you made the Xbox account. If you put that you live in Europe they won't work.

Anyway, you can always just make a new account and redeem them there, doesn't really matter.
