First of all I didnt even know that the Scam happend. Until I saw the post of "1 prayer kid" that he Posted under my Fcape Thread. I didnt even know that "1 prayer kid" msged Lm_turk weeks ago. Because he never msged me. ( I've never Linked Turks skype anywhere )

How I'm responsible for my worker, if I never got msged and I didnt even get Involved in it?

1: Turk got banned for Ban Evading and self bumping. ( he never scammed b4)
2: Yes I allowed him to do some Fcapes for me when I was busy. But PPl Pmed me first and I confirmed everything. That means I was responsible for everything.
3: I think Yousuckv2 never even opened the Fcape Thread of Mine. Because the Name of the Thread is ISCA's and LM_TURK's Firecape Service. Isnt that enought?)
4: Like I said I was responsible for everything. And I trusted him on my own risk. Because I knew he would never bs me. Because it was Still MY Service on SYTHE.
5: I'm responsible for every Sythe transaktion I've never said anything else. And I've never really put any Sythe member at risk. Because the 3 or 4 Times he did the Fcape the Person knew that Lm_Turk is doing it.

 

I am really confused as to what you point you are trying to make in your post. If there is sufficient proof that your worker (or partner) scammed someone through the service you offer on sythe, then you are responsible to pay his victims. It doesn't matter whether the customer contacted you or your partner about the service.

He didnt even scam through the Service (I'm not trying to defend him)
I've never offered Pray 1 Fcapes on my Service either.
Like I said I never Posted Turks skype anywhere.
And how I'm responsible for a Service that I dont even have? Lm_Turk had his own Service on Youtube.

As example:
Imagine you've got a partner in real life your working with alright? Now the problem is your partner scamms a Client in his own service and gets arrested. So what happens with you? Do you also get arrested for the mistake your partner did?
Also, as i said before, I didnt accepted the order. "1 prayer kid" went to Turk over Youtube and Skype and messaged him about his 1 Prayer Fcape Service . So tell me what was my fault there? All the other clients were satisfied with the service here at sythe.

 

I think I understand why you feel you shouldn't bear responsibility for your partner's scam now. Not saying I agree with you or that I've looked over the evidence though. I'll leave this for @Dunworry to evaluate.

 

You partnered with someone who is banned on Sythe for scamming. This is the risk you took when you partnered with him. Refund that victim please
