Need help on what type of pure to make?

I'm thinking, either a void: 60 attack, 99 strength, 42 Defence, 99 Constitution, 99 Ranged, 94 Magic, 1/43 Prayer - 86/92 combat (with 43 prayer) barrage into d bow/d claw spec.

Or a plain 1 defence pure: 60 Attack, 99 Strength, 1 Defence, 90+ Constitution, 99 Ranged, 94 Magic, 1 Prayer - 74-76 combat (depending on constitution) once again, spell into a d bow/d claw spec.

Pros of void:
Higher max hit
Has a decent defence bonus.

Cons of void:
Higher cb level.
Getting void is a piss take.

Pros of 1 Def:
Lower cb level

Cons of 1 def:
Low defence
Shitty armour

 

1 def honestly... do you want to get agian the void if you die? 1def=cheaper and easier to get armour

 

Why don't you start off with a 1 defence, and if you don't like it, you can always train your defence to 42 and get void. Problem solved?

 

What if I dislike void as much as I did 1 defence?

If you dislike them both, time to either make it into a barrows pure or just move on from pk tbh.

 

There isnt much ways for you to go in terms of defence, it is unidimensional the only way to go is up so instead of thinking from the start you can decide later. What kind of pure would need to be decided from the start? An obby mauler. So the question now is do you want to make an obby mauler or any other type of pure, you can decide which later.

 

I'd Say 1Deffence If You Ever Got Bored Then Get Deffence But Tbh I Hate Pure's With Deffence.

 

Setting your goals a bit lower at first would probably be good, overall 40 defence is the best level in the game for pking and I'd reccomend that.
