How do I get the skin color changer/check all my skins?

    How do I get the skin color changer/check all my skins?
    Looking to see how I can change the colors of my Lee Sin skin, since it gives me the option but doesn't allow me to change it, what do I need to do to be able to change the color?

    Also, does anyone know what website tells me my "skin score" or however it's called, so I can see how many skins I own? Thank you in advance!

    It's chroma packs which you buy on the LoL store on your client.

    Skin score is from Elophant.
