buying ps3

Hi sythe, im buying a ps3, any amount of memory, doesnt have to be the new or old one, but old one is prefered, no games have to come with it, but it must come with all wires (not hdmi cable) and at least 1 controller, there must not be any problems with the console.
in exchange im going to give a xbox 360 elite (120gb) with mw2 and 3 controlles and a fan and all wires and a account with 23 days gold membership 1st prestige 43 on cod mw2, mw2 comes with it, not a single scratch.
