Free vBulletin License

I am wanting to create a on-line forum which is about money exchanging. e Currency Exchanging such as, exchangemoneyplace.com and exchangemoneyforum.com.

I will provide a legit vbulletin license and domain name, all I need from someone is their administrative skills (to admin it) and their connections. If you know alot of people who regularely exchange cash bring them to the site.

the website will be focused around the following payment processors.

Admins will be paid monthly ($10-50 a week depending on how much you work such as bring new members etc) way which you get paid will be either paypal or liberty reserve.

Rules: you must be 18 but if you are 16 (it is illegal for under 18 to have paypal accounts etc and most of you guys do) and know how money exchanging works then you will be accepted too, you must give references on how much you know about money exchaning and administering forums.
