Q. Do you level chars stats from 1-99?
A. No dont be lazy! im happy to do a odd bit of leveling. meaning if you have 70-80 strength id do around 3-7 Levels.

Q. What if i have 98 strength?
A. Id Finish that Since you've worked a bit yourself.
