My Services are Pretty simple.

As title says I will be doing Free Training services And Defendering Sevices for trust since almost no one will trust me at this stage.

I Train the Following
Defence
Rangeing
Strength
Attack
Hitpoints
Magic
Runecrafting
Crafting
Mining
Smithing-Only One that is not free which will a small fee of only $3
Hunter

And Last But Not Least
Construction

I will Train all of the above to a minimum of level 40.

If you wish to go any higher the cost will be $1 per 10k xp I Train.

*Note I will only do 20 construction for free seeing it is expensive and do not want to waste your money and it also takes a while to work on.

Defendering

Pretty simple here

BRONZE-RUNE=FREE

Items Needed:
Ring Of Wealth(Optional, increases chance of defender drop)
D skimm/d long/dds/whip
Rune/barrows/d legs/no armer(Not recommended but u can choose this)
Gloves of some sort
boots of some sort

Sure its Quite simple

Defendering Process

Types Of Defenders:
Bronze
Iron
Steel
Black
Mithril
Addament
Rune

What you do
-----------------
First Off you get an armer set of your Choice (pl8,legs,and helm) I use black.
Take armer set to warrior's guild
Go to firstroom on left and put armer set on magical platform
after so many times of killing armer set, goup to the very top of the guild and enter door
There you will find yourself killing cyclopes until the defender drops. Ater each defencer drop, go outside then back in,

*Note You Must Have More Than 100 Tokens to enter

Tokens-Obtained after killing Armour Set.
