4- I dont work with level limits. you can only pick 1 skill and I will only do that skill for 30 minutes. I wont stop any sooner so you can have level 40 exactly for example
5- 1 user at a time
6- Have your user ready to level the skill (that is listed above). Should it be melee by or near the monsters that will auto attack. Or a bank to do the other kinds of skills
7- Please state if your p2p or f2p before I load up my Runescape client
8- Feel free to tip me anything with PAYPAL after all is done

1- not a fake vouche - I did the work and am doing the work for others
2- I dont ban evade. I had a arguement with a forum mod having to do with someone scamming me and he didn't wanna hear it with me giving him hell at the time so he banned that name. So I made a new one since then (hence the 2008 year and the 2008 year i made this name). He could of IP banned me, but there was no Illegal purpose to ban me. It was more the scammer at fault who got away. Since then Ive added more equipment to ban people (Screen shot program, and Video programs) who try to scam me, and cautiously incorperate my ebaying history of 500 + sales into a sale. I never go first but willingly im working on some vouches. But thanks anyways for the free bump/spam

 

Not spam, I posted proof, and if your story is true, you should have disputed the old ban, not evaded it by making a new account.
