Is there still Rune knive stakes with range pure and whats the best train range with hp or cannon some?

 

1st question - yes.

2nd question - I do not recommend using a cannon unless you're training range while cannoning. Meaning, if you're going to cannon, do so while chinning monkeys.

 

Range guild and cannoning are pretty much you're only options, don't really know which is faster though but probably cannoning if in a good location. Only downside is that cannoning is expensive and range guild actually makes a small profit

 

With a cannon only getting 1/2 range EXP now it's minimal exp. Therefore range guild is much better.

I will say though that if you're planning on staking your HP level is more important than your range level.
