Honestly i think all the disputes ive been making and talking to mods are for nothing.

my sythe account xDmamoxD was hacked and i posted over 3 disputes and always was ignored... i have even offered cash to get my account back

can i please get my account back

if that aint enough proof i have more proof but please can someone help me ...
ive been ignored for over 2 weeks now

 

Honestly, posting here won't help. Just wait it out, the mods who answer disputes have lives, and I know it sucks to wait.

 

gohan i know what u mean but isnt 2 weeks a but of a long wait .. the people on my account are doing skill training... if they scam someone cash then its my account i have to pay the money back to get the account unbanned... its those reasons ...

 

I understand, and if I could help you I would, but having so few staff members who work in the dispute section, patience is the only answer.

 

i know what its like to be a mod i was a forum mod on runescape forums. but i have friends who got their account hacked and they asked an admin to run an ip check for them and he said well this is your account and he gave them the account back ... also how many staff members are actually 'working' on the dispute section as we speak. i dont think its just me that has these problems so why not be more staff on this section. If there are more staff in here most probably the forums will be a lot more safer to use

 

You work in the section once you have a limited amount of experience, you can't do it overnight. Have you tried directly PMing a Global?

Sorry, I meant an Admin, since they are the only ones who do Account Recoveries.

Be patient, since we only have 2-3 active Admins and so many pages of account recoveries.

 

i pmed 3 Admins - Pen [even offered to pay] Finn [ i think he resigned or someting ] and Sythe i think . nothing happened.

will it help if i post another dispute again or will it just make the case worse

If you have made a thread saying that your account is hack with adequate proof (ips), and the staff don't ban the account. They should be held responsible to pay back the person. You did every thing in your power to stop the scammer scamming and the staff let him get away with it (indirectly). I would find it stupid to make you pay for it as you tried to do everything you could.

If you're simply requesting a ban on your account, any mod should be able to help you.

 

I don't understand why Gohan didn't ban your account yet...

 

I feel like he should be able to PM an admin about it first.

 

Unless I'm missing something, he's just requesting a ban on his hacked account. Unless this account's IPs are way off, there isn't anything to hesitate about.
