Whats the chances?

Hello sythe mods/admins. I had a question. A friend of mine was asking me questions about sythe and told me that he goofed up a bit back and was really trusted on here. He asked me to ask the chances of him getting a pardon? He said he paid RS2Prod back in full (50$) for the fire cape he shammed off of him, he also said he recovered some accounts but he also made it right with the buyers the last time that he requested a pardon and nothing came of that.. He really misses the Sythe community and would like to get back into it.. Is there anything you guys can do for him or no? This took place about a year and a half ago and he is more mature about things.. He also was acused of being SIGEX AKA Trent Thomas who he indeed is not, he is willing to submit documentation and photo ID to prove so (Skype video or whatever may be needed) Thanks for your time.
