How to get rid of a migrane headache

This guide may seem odd, but it is legit.

Step one
--------------

Make your hand in the position as if you were going to salute somebody.



Step two
--------------

Gently tap your forehead with your hand in this position and say

"I may feel weird, but I am completly normal."




Step three
--------------

Tap under your armpit like before and say

"I may feel weird, but I am completly normal."



Step four
---------------

Lighty rub the back of your head with the balls of your fingers, and move to the front.

Like before, say

"I may feel weird, but I am completly normal."



Step five
-----------------

Drink a class of water while your eyes are closed.

When you are finished drinking the water, repeat steps one through four over again.

Then you will be done, and your migrane should be gone.

This may sound odd, but it does work.

You're tricking your mind and releasing all the pains, because headaches usually come from built up stress and a rush of blood in the brain.

By taping these areas "Main blood flow areas" blood turns direction to head for those area's thinking they've been damaged.
