Well is this method avaliable to different countries? My conutry don't have T-Mobile. So how? Can any other telephone companies work on this guide? Answer me.

Actually no this guide isn't even close to being free, in order to have a T Mobile plan you have to purchase it, and if you dont you said you need $40?? Last time I checked thats not FREE, thats why people probably aren't buying your guide and because of your attitude, get your thumb out of your ass and act a bit more mature. On top of that NO T MOBILE plan would allow you to call 1-900 without being charged, not only did I check but I asked T-Mobile myself (dial 611). T Mobile is the largest cell phone company operator in the U.S. and they aren't that dumb. My friend works for T Mobile in the mall and he said so too.

 

This doesnt seem to work in the UK either, Yes i phoned up and got pins... but the statement at end of month was not good :S/.

but you know how you said you need a t-mobile phone, or the others,
well T-mobile does not work for getting pins, i have one, and it doesnt work for pbp or sms.
and if you go to runescape subscription page, it shows that t mobile does not work.
i will upload a picture now.
