Instead of just laughing/telling them what you can't do, you could at least tell the OP what you 'would' do for $15. If you look at the post, it clearly says 'or as many QP I can with my budget'.

Did 9qp before I left for the night, seems good so far as he paid for the quests I did(that he requested to be done). Waiting now to see if there are any others preferred atm.
