I received a copy of the guide. I have yet to test it out with my skiller so I'm uncertain about exact XP rates; however, the method seems to have a lot of potential. I will update this post when I have time to test it out.

UPDATE:

I did indeed get from 1-40 in about one hour. At higher dungeoneering levels, this is actually insane XP. However, it depends on when you can find activity in the fc, which is I guess frequent enough. Personally, never heard of this method/mechanic, so Im not sure how widely known this method is; however, I can attest to XP rates.
