eh? thers not much to it, too big, bad text placement and the render isnt where it should be (area wise and coverwise). 6/10 you need to improve your brushing techniques and get a bit more knowledge, read more TUTs....
8/10 For the sharpened. On the left side of your render how it kinda flows towards the render. ( the brush thing ) make that like that on the right side aswell. So that way it doesnt look so random.
Hmmm, the blurred thing you did over the sig isn't nice + it's bad you did the blur above the render. It laggs also at contrast. Hmmm, i'm not feeling this one.
