Hey all i need a shitload of training done on my level 3 account lol

the reason why is my lvl 123 main was banned by fagex for suspicion of macroing
it pretty much a shit bann so i need help becoming a pure

if u can help me i would greatly appreciate it

these are the stats i need worked on

attack-40
strength-at least 60 or above
defence -2
range-50 or above
mage-50 or above

and anything else u guys can work on (wc mining smithing fishing or cooking would be greatly appreciated)
