1-40 Strength, Attack, Defence Guide​

NOTE: train defence first

First go to the falador Chicken pen and kill them, Pick up the feathers(for money) and raw chicken once you have a full invy of raw chickens go to the fire place and cook them NOTE: most of them will be burn, dont worrie just go and get more Once you have a full invy of cooked chicken you should have around 5 cooking or so and around 4-6 defence then you can just train defence on chickens untill you have around 10 defence Then Go and train on cows You'll need to eat the food probly, when you kill the cows be sure to pick up raw meat and cowhide. Once the cow stop hittting you often You can run a bot on them or train them by hand. Once you have reached 40 defence sell the cowhide/feathers then buy full rune (If you have the money) or just buy full iron.​

NOTE: aLSO BUY 100 TROUT OR SO​

go to Al Kharid and kill the worriers and train stength. Or you can run a bot on cows(I did that and got it 40-44-40 att str def in one day!)​

f you dont want to bot but need more food just make sure you still have that Small net and fish shrimps and cook them.​

well nice guide is being very nice since no pics or anything and took u no more thne 5 min to write considering u type like4 words a min id add some picks at least of chickens cows something to make it shine but not how id do best if u do str to 10 then def to 40 ive done many times for freinds b4 i knew of this site

Well, not really, this is just a quick guild for new people to Runescape, and a quick way to level 40 (Attack Defense Strength)

I don't play Runescape much so I don't think i will be able to get some pictures, but i might try, thank you for all the positive feedback,
this is a F2P guild (sense there are not a lot of them) so people don't complain about people trying to help new players.
