Buying Rune Pure or 1 def Pure

I don't got much cash on hand right now, but I'm willing to pay up to 5m for a good account.
Would prefer a high mage lvl.

Im pretty much buying a pure in anything as long as it is..

1. Actually good. I dont want lvl 50s that have like 45 mage.

2. When doing the trade we will use an MM or you go first. Account must have no recoveries or members. Yada yada.

3. When the trade is being made, You will supply all previous recoveries and pins and shit like that, AND they will be tested before the account is purchased.

4. Other stuff.
