I meet buyer ingame and receive money, seller will agree of the amount and i will proove i have the money. I start a single conversation with seller where PIN info will be given, type of pin, phone number, country etc. I will then talk to buyer on a single conversation and ask for username and password the pin shall be activated on. I will log in and activate the pin.
