I'm selling call of duty elite (Premium) on xbox360

the way it is done is i unlink the account then link it to yours.

but for this to happen you give your money to the mm then i link the account when mm has cash then if i dont do it (which i will) the mm gives cash back and if i do he will give to me.

OK...You are also giving the "access" info for that COD website, right? You can unlink your gamertag then sell the Elite and the buyer will link his/her gamertag on their own self. Because if you still have the "access" info for the COD site, how would the buyer know that you will not unlink it in the near future.
