I am curious if anyone has the ability to get an account with these stats a fire cape.

This will be for payment! (You pay me for you to do the cape. Just kidding.)

If you are interested, please post what requirements to complete the cape you will need and how much you expect to be paid.

Also, if this is deemed impossible what is the lowest stats I could have in order to do this.

Gets substantially cheaper if you are already >75 range because of blowpipe (drops to 80M)

I personally am ambivalent towards it. I make more money off low range capes, but they do also take more time, care and effort. That's the trade-off on my end.
