I Don't Know Where To Put This - Will Video Scam Me?

Hey guys, I'm kind of scared right now of video scamming me. I don't believe he would do that, but the circumstances are kind of weird. I am buying an account off him, maxed boxer, and I asked if I could test it out for a bit and put members on it. He said yeah, then after it was all done, he said he forgot the pin and everything. So now I have staked aout 200m+ profit using spirit shards and it's all in money pouch, but I can't take it out. I took pictures of all the winning stakes and proof that he is letting me borrow the account. I know he probably wouldn't scam, but can I have your guys opions about this?

 

The dude wouldn't risk all the money he makes on Sythe for a measly 200m.

 

Unlikely; but its also unlikely that he'd be selling an account that he forgot the pin to.

 

Video would never do that. He's a member of staff as well as an active Market trader, he's one of the busiest members on the site. Just drop him a PM, he will reply to you eventually and get you sorted out. I highly doubt video would ever scam.

 

I doubt it, he can make more money in a day than a one-time scam. Don't worry, he's a really nice guy, I'm sure he won't scam you.

 

If he does scam, and I have loads of proof. Will I get refunded. I really don't think he's going to scam me, it's just a really sketchy situation.

 

If he had scammed you (which I doubt very much), he would be banned. As for a refund, unless he repaid you himself, I doubt you would receive a refund. But again, he's very busy, just drop him a PM or MSN him next time you see him online.

 

Shouldn't it be the sites responsibility if a OMM/Staff member scams? If they hire someone to do a certain job, shouldn't it be there responsibility to refund someone?

 

Staff and OMMs are not insured by the site. However, it wouldn't make sense for Video to scam you over 200M. File a report if necessary otherwise I'm going to lock this thread to avoid speculation. Best of luck.
