Giving 100k who can unban my account!

Hey,

i know im new leecher here, but i rly need unban for my account! I have broken 2 rules, adversting website (it was some1 else!) and password scamming. So, im not very rich i only had 1.8m. I only have last chance appeal, who is SURE that can unban my acc ?? Please help P.s. i used appeals from here, but didn't work. I just got 75 str and 80 range
