    Hey guys,

Was coming up my meals today and just wanted to know what every body does (if you cook at home).

Do you cook meals enough to last a few days / a week? Or just enough for that one meal and cook as you go?

I used to cook up to 3 to 4 meals at a time. But now it's just cooking for now and maybe lunch tomorrow.

I just cook something different for every meal but when I feel too lazy for food I usually go out and buy some premade sushi or something like that.

Think that's better, to cook something different for each meal but I find myself not having that much time.
And when I eat out, it's usually junk food

    Nice as.
I started cooking here and there cause I wanted something different.
Also more convenient if I need to pack lunch and what not.

I cook multiple times everyday and I don't prep anything because I like to eat it fresh.

My family only cooks thing on the day we do it. So the most prep we do is putting out meat to thaw that we'd use for dinners... which are really the only meals we actually prepare and eat. Breakfasts and lunches are very few and far in between.

I'll be moving into an apartment in mid-August, and I'm probably going to be doing something similar and just cook my meals when I want/need to eat.

I only cook 3-4 days a week, the rest are spent on either uber eats or fast food. Trying to break the habit though.

My wife always cooks meals to last 2 days, but as the number of mouths to feed is increasing that may change...
