Free Cryptocurrency Tokens for New Crypto Exchange - WCX

Just came across this new Cryptocurrency and thought you guys might be interested.

This appears to be a 'Global Low-Cost Digital Currency Exchange' which will offer '10x lower fees'.

Doesn't seem to be live yet, but website indicates that it's coming 10/10/2017.
