How about you read the rules before you post thinking you do. Only if he is promising a 99 skill, he has to post a picture. He is not promising any 99 skill so stfu.

 

Also break rule: You can ask vouches as paymenth.

What is the price of botting? Free.. What do you atm need? Vouch.. So it comes down to you that you need a vouch.
