Question about the new filter

Hey i was wondering with the new swearing language filter, can you still get reported for swearing? or can you just say whatever you want?

you can swear in context basically aha, sounds stupid but it's true
if you swear to offend or you do offend anyone you can be reported and punished

 

I've sweared alot since the new filter. So far I haven't received a mute but I bet they still will give mutes to people who abuse the filter.

You can still get reported for seriously offensive language, e.g. racism and threatening someones life. But that shouldnt be a problem lol.

 

Lol the funny thing is you still can't say the initials for the ku-klux-Klan.

 

If the swearing is addressed towards someone, then yes, you can receive a mute.

 

If your a twat and swear at people everyday then yes. But i take advantage of the filter so cuss whenever necessary. Have a good day.

My friend got muted for racism. It's funny that they don't block these words, but they mute for it.

 

If you have the chat filter on and break it using a ' at the beginning then you can be muted just like normal.

you can curse all you want, as long as it is not cursing towards another player in a harmful manner

 

Trying to say certain websites or web addresses will probably still land you a mute as well.

 

I think it's just cause lazy-ass Jagex got bored of reading our reports =/
