I paid him for 99 hunter about two weeks ago. For the first week he played minigames, including leveling my 99 str 80 attack 70 defence barrows pure to 71 defence, as well as shared the password with my friends. Now, after two weeks, I am level 57 hunter. Yay. I asked him for a partial refund of 5$, or better service. And if he didn't like one of those offers, I would be pleased to contact my bank and let them take care of this problem, like they have done about 5 times for me totaling over 300$ worth of service related issues. He signed off immediately and won't respond. Do not use him.
