skilling clans

i'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but i was looking for a skilling clan.

if this isn't allowed, just close it.

i believe clan peacefull was the largest one unsure how active it is now.

try looking for 1 on runehead, theres ALOT of good/decent skilling clans there
