Question about bh

Does anybody know how bh selects a person's target? I'm currently in the middle of transferring cash between my accounts and i'm finding it impossible to get my mule as the target. Anybody got any ideas?

lol, well there goes my master bh xferring plan. As there is the 30 second penalty in entering, any ideas how long (on average) it usually takes?
Also, should I leave the crater on both accounts or just leave one of them inside?

 

Personally, I'd kill the mule, log out. Have the mule wait out the 2 minute penalty on dying, then run in, log in, and box out the 3 minute pen.
