Did you get it in your email if you did you've been phised..

 

Ask the original owner (the person whom you purchased the account from) to try unlocking it for you as it is part of their agreement when they sold you the account.

 

use the registered email to unlock it.

 

Jeff., it may not have been part of the agreement, although Mema, that would be your first option is there anything in particular that you know might have triggered this to happen within him selling the account to you.
