HELP ME PLEASE - Xbox Live

I've got this Xbox Live Account. It has 2600 Microsoft Points on it. I go into it and go to Games Marketplace > GTA IV. But then it says:

This game's region does not match this console. It won't be downloaded, and you have not been charged.

I live in New Zealand, and it's an American account. So I'm not sure what to do.

I really want to download the game, is it possible to make it work?

 

Try ringing customer support and asking for the region to be changed. I'm sure it's possible to change it yourself but I'm not quite sure.

 

I'd prefer doing it all online if possible. Calling will be my last resort. Thanks for your input.
