LeanBean901 - Moderator - Has Taken My Xbox Account Hostage

So let me try being as objective as possible. I have never heard of sythe up until now.

This man who is on this forum who goes by the name Testament contacted me regarding the sale of an xbox account over xbox live, gamer tag Blacky CF (I believe, I currently do not have access to my xbox account detailed below). I am a huge nba2k14 player on xbox one. I have collected every card in the "MyTeam" portion of the game.

At any rate, this guy Skype - Frenchmontana203, wanted a middleman in order to do a trade. SO he hired Leanbean901.

Now there are many parts to this story. The buyer, lets call him "French" was very shifty. He created many problems to the point where the transaction was about 2 days long just to get everything set to trade. Well we had decided on Western Union. Leanbean901 had my account and password in his control as the middleman, everything was fine. The problem started when French didn't have the negotiated amount of money to pay me, so he charged back the fee that he gave to LeanBean901 and supposedly sent me a Western Union money transfer. He gave me an invalid MTCN for the Western Union. I contacted Western Union (which I also have screenshots of) confirming that there was never a transfer under my name or under the given MTCN number.

This obviously made LeanBean901 very upset. This buyer had charged back his fee, and he became irate. So after a bunch of drama, LeanBean has control of my xbox account, and was unpaid. He now has requested a moneypak in the amount of $40, or has threatened to report my xbox one account for being sold and thereby getting it banned. So, of course me being the ONLY one with current risk (because the buyer does not care and still has his money), I decided to pay the $40 and send him a moneypak code (which I can provide pictures of as receipts, as well as in Skype of him receiving it). After I paid him, he said he was going to change the information back and send me back my xbox account. He then blocked me and has since disappeared.

I understand this whole thing was a fiasco, the buyer was not ready and very shifty. He charged back LeanBean901's middleman fee and just made for an overall horrible try at a transaction. However, I was just the seller, who did not even know a "middleman" service even existed up until this attempt. I understand LeanBean901's frustrations with the whole thing. However, he agreed to give me back my account once I had paid his fee (which I also have Skype pictures of). I understand that this a business, that he makes money, and I'm not here to get him banned or do any of that (although I'm sure I would have grounds to do so). All I want, is my xbox account back.

I am NOT vouching for Leanbean901. He has taken my xbox account hostage, and has also taken a moneypak from me in the amount of $40, and has since disappeared. All I want is a resolution after paying his determined $40 middleman fee and just get my xbox account back and part ways.
