Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
In the thread Andy posted 2 reasons for banning me, I will address them separately.

• They don't actually own this data

I own the data that I was looking to sell, I was a manager during the time frame that the data was collected. I live in a one party consent state, and recording a conversation is entirely legal and ethical assuming you were either apart of the conversation, or could have foreseeably overheard the conversation and the other participants been aware of that fact. Given that I was apart of every channel, and the users would have seen me on the side bar, I would say its safe to assume the users would have known that I might have been apart of or read their conversations in the ticket. Next, there was no limitation or restriction that Mafioso or @ChrisMd put in place either unilaterally or apart of any agreement, employment contract etc that this violates. I don't see how this is any different then me taking a screenshot of a conversation on Sythe, are you claiming that all conversations that happen on Sythe are now the sole property of @Sythe even if its between two users?.

One more critical part that I think was missed, this wasn't obtained illegally, immorally or really any shady way at all, it was obtained using my roles that were given to me. I was meant to have access to have access to the transcripts, and there was no agreement saying it needed to be confidential.

As I mentioned in my original thread, quite frankly this isn't my problem. Multiple other users who probably shouldn't have access to the transcripts had access to it, the previous owners had access, a previous manager who might have scam quit had access to it, and other workers had access to it. Sythe service provider rules specifically state that passwords and login credentials must be given via PM and not through the ticket, if @ChrisMd he is the one who deserves to be DNT'd not me banned. I am willing to come to a compromise and allow @ChrisMd to go through all the transcripts, and if he finds any with compromising information I can remove them / censor the information.

I don't really think @Andy knows what Blackhat means, none of this involved Blackhat, and I specifically stated that I only was interested in selling this to somebody who was conforming to sythe TOS.

I want to reiterate NO HACKING was involved in me getting the logs, it was simply poor management and access control on @ChrisMd's side of things, but somehow I am getting punished for it.
