Hello,
So i was trying to buy bulk soulsplit gp, @Frap Chino messaged me and offered to sell me 44b. I said i'd go first, $4/b for 5b. i went first, after a few refunds because he/she wasn't gunna get the money right away. i sent it to this paypal. I find out where he lives, due to the fact i am going to call the police for scamming me. I sent him messages telling him to just refund me or give me the 5b ssgp. Here is is responses, he also filed a fake report saying I'm trying to "Dox him".
Him threatening to leave an anonymous bomb threat on my home:

SHE/HE DID REQUEST TO SEND TO ANOTHER PAYPAL, BUT MONEY WAS REFUNDED DUE TO DAYS UNTIL PAYMENT RECEIVED. THIS IS THE PAYPAL I PAID MY MONEY TO ASK IF YOU NEED IT ILL GLADLY GIVE IT TO YOU.
Skype confirming its them on sythe.
If you need anymore to ban this kid, lemme know. i hope i can be refunded $20 :/

As you can tell, he cropped out his pictures in the chat on my "iamlegion is doxing" report to make him look innocent, as i was giving him a chance to refund or the police be called due to fraud. If you need any more proof, please let me know.
