Briefly explain the trade: After I paid him $15 in order to get a CS:GO key, he gave me an invalid key and promptly went offline.

I don't have proof that he's the one that gave me the key, but here's the problem. After I called him out, he said his email was hacked. But the thing is, the money was still sent to his correct paypal (Proof: http://img560.imageshack.us/img560/1998/proofoftransaction.png )
But today, while talking to him, he claims he only had a gift, not a key. here's proof that the key's invalid: http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/1544/proofofinvalidation.png

So I gave him the money, but he says he didn't have a key. There's no proof of this, but he does technically owe me 15 dollars, or something in return.
