Forums Re-Vamped

1. Get Rid of Runescape Classic section, move posts to Runescape 2 General, and rename the section to just "Runescape General"

2. Add a Runescape Bugging Forum, now that most forms of cheating are dead, Bugging and Autoing are really the only 1 means. Bugging forums tend to excite people and at Sythe I'm sure they would be active

3. Delete the WoW boards, seriously less than 100 threads in the whole section, just move all the posts to MMO

4. Delete Script Sales Forum in SCAR section, it's been long dead

5. Delete Approved Scripts Forum in SCAR section, seriously go take a look at the threads in there, they are all scammer reports...? Section needs to go.

Other than that the forums look pretty good.

Larocko is rite. Sythe has arranged a neat and easy organization for sub-forums. No need to alter it. It will make things worse.
